Supplies needed 

Created by using PSP X5 any version will do.

Any resemblance to another is coincidental.

I am using the fantastic artwork of Zindy Nielson with a valid license.

Tube I am using is Yellow Summer Winter Blue.

Mask of choice.

Font of choice

New transparent raster layer 800 x 800    .

You can resize or crop later.

Open frame 1 copy paste resize 20 percent.

Click inside with Magic wand Modify Expand by 3.

New layer open Paper 6 paste into selelction-deselect.

Open your tube copy paste center in frame give a drop shadow 2/2/60/5.

Change blend mode to Luminace.

Open clipart 46 copy paste resize 50 percent move to bottom of frame.

Add a drop shadow.

Open Clipart 42 copy paste resize 50 percent twice. move under wordart. Using your Pick tool angel it check tag for placement then add drop shadow.

Open Clipart 10 copy paste above frame layer move to left bottom of frame.Add drop shadow.

OPen Clipart 37 copy paste above letter layer resize 35 percent see tag for placement.

Open Clipart 95 copy paste above frame layer resize 35 percent.Select your Eraser tool.

Erase rod that is in front of flowers at top of frame.Remember the undo button is your friend if needed.

On background layer select all then open Paper2 paste into selection.

Apply your mask merge group.

Crop or resize.

Add your Artist © license and your name merge and save.

BD_WW_Frame_1 cp/ click inside with Magic wand selections Modify by 8

New layer c/p BD_WW_Paper_3 into selection.

Open your tube of choice c/p below frame layer erase any parts below frame or just resize.    

Elements used

BD_WW_Element_32 resize 35 percent paste below frame 1

BD_WW_Element_1 place below frame layers.

BD_WW_Element_27 place on left of frame resize 75 percent.

BD_WW_Element_15 resize 70 percent move to right.

BD_WW_Element_47 resize 80 percent move below frames.

BD_WW_Element_19 resize 10 percent place above ele_47.

BD_WW_Element_14 resize 20 percent place above ele_47.

BD_WW_Element_4 resize 12 percent move to right

Give all a drop shadow 2/2/60/5.

Feel free to add any more elements you want.

Merge layers resize Adjust-Sharpen

Add your Artist © license and your name merge and save as a png .
