Delete © layer.

Open paper2 copy click on layer1 select all Float Defloat then paste into selection deselect.

Open paper3 copy click on layer3 select all Float Defloat then paste into selection deselect.

Open paper4 copy click on layer4 select all Float Defloat then paste into selection deselect.

Open paper6 copy click on layer5 select all Float Defloat then paste into selection deselect.

Select frame2 c/p above layer 5 Add your tube delete any over hang see tag.

Select jackstring1 c/p above layer 1 resize 84 percent move to the left.

Select jackcandy2 c/p above layer2 resize 45 percent, see tag for placement.

Select bonecake1 c/p above layer 6 move to lower right resize 85 percent.

Select jackhead1 c/p above cupcake layer resize 35 percent.

Select web1 c/p above jackhead resize 35 percent see tag.

Select liibomber1 c/p move to left of layer resize 30 percent.

Give all a drop shadow 1/1/50/5.

Select background layer then flood fill with black #000000, apply your mask then merge.

Add your Artist © license and your name merge and save.

Select your Elispe Tool draw out a oval med-large, duplicate then enlarge slighty.

On duplicated layer select all expand by 3, c/p into selection pp1 deselect 

then apply these settings: Adjust Add Noise.

Select oval-1 layer select all expand by 3 c/p into selection pp9 .

Select your closeup tube new layer paste into selection. Resize 75 percent twice. 

Move to left of frame.Change Blend Mode to Luminacy(L) and lower Opacity to 51.

Add a new layer below oval-2 using Preset Rectangle then duplicate layer

 place one lower right of layer the other top left of layer.

On bottom rectangle select all expand by 3 c/p pp4 into selection, deselect.

On top rectangle select all expand by 3 c/p pp7 into selection, deselect.

Select Cloud cp/ move to  top left of oval frame.

Select Brickwall c/p move  to the left bottom of oval frame.

Select Bush c/p move to left of layer.

Select Chest 1 move to right of layer resize 75%.

Select Book2 c/p move to right of layer resize 75% twice.

Select MusicNotes c/p move to left of layer resize 85%.

Select Pumkins c/p move down in fron of chest resize 55%.

Select Book c/p move down in front of other books resize 45%.

Duplicate all rectangles layers rename B1-B2-B3 then resize these duplicated layers
by 110 percent.See below for placements.

Select Disyas_NWF_P4 then copy.

Using Magic wand select B1 then paste paper into selection-deselect. Repeat for B2-B3 layers.

Apply dropshadow with these settings below:

Resize this by 120 percent Image mirror move to left of frame.Lower Opacity to 38.

Move layer below frame.

Open Element23 paste as new layer resize 40 percent duplicate Image mirror

.Give both a drop shadow.

Open Element21 paste as new layer resize 65 percent move to bottom left of layer

 add drop shadow.

Open Element22 paste as new layer resize 70 percent duplicate arrange at bottom of frame.

New transparent raster layer 800 x 800.

You can resize or crop later.Closeout Foreground.

Select  rounded rectangle shape draw out a large rectangle, convert to Raster layer.

With Selection tool draw out a large square then tap delete.Add a new layer.

Select paper_05 copy paste into selection.Dont deselect.

Selections Modify Contract by 45-hit ok.Tape delete.Deselect.Drag below first frame layer.

Then apply Effects-Inner Bevel with these setting apply this to both down.Apply drop shadow.

Click inside frame with Magic wand. Add a new layer select paper_04 

copy paste into selection,deselect.

OPen your closeup tube paste as new layer resize if needed to fit your tube then 

change Blend mode to Luminacy(L) and lower Opacity to 46. 

Open bow04 copy paste as new layer resize 43 percent.FreeRotate 35-Left.Duplicate Mirror.

Place both at top of frame.

Open your main tube copy paste as new layer adjust size if needed move to right of layer then 

add a drop shadow.

I used the following Elements adjust size if needed.

Fence01- 85 percent.Arrange bottom of frame.Add a drop shadow.

Flowers 01,02,03,09,10 resize all 65 percent arrange around fence give all a drop shadow.

Flowerbox01 resize 75 percent add drop shadow position on right bottom of layer.

Boots01 resize 65 percent  drag to left of layer, add drop shadow.

Handrake01 resize 39 percent FreeRotate 37 Right, add a drop shadow.

Move to bottom center of layer.

Handshovel01 resize 39 percent FreeRotae 37 Left, add a drop shadow.Move next to handrake.

I add some wordart you may use this or chose one of your own.

Select all on background layer copy paste into selection paper_10 apply your mask merge group.
