New transparent raster layer 800 x 800.
You can resize or crop later.
Open PortHole c/p as new layer add a light drop shadow now
Select Selection tool draw out a circle about the same size as the porthole.
Open PP2 paste into selection-deselect.DOrag below porthole layer.
Select Anemone 1 and 2 paste both below porthole layer resize add drop shadow.
Open RockCave above paper layer resize arrange.Add drop shadow.
Select Dophlin paste above RockCave layer resize arrange. Add drop shadow.
Select Wave paste above Porthole layer duplicate twice arrange.
Select Bubbles1 paste resize arrange on left.
Select Flower2 paste resize arrange on left duplicate resize then duplicate again resize
arrange all in front of PortHole.Add drop shadow.
Add your tube of choice resize if needed give a drop shadow.Arrange on layer.
Select Urchins paste resize arrange on right of layer add drop shadow.
Select Seagrass paste resize arrange on right add drop shadow.
Select BottleofFish paste resize arrange on right.
Select SeasnailShell1 paste resize arrange in front of bottle.
Select Netting2 paste at top of Porthole then resize to fit add drop shadow.
Add your Artist © license and your name merge and save.
