This was written with the use of PSP X5.
You may recreate it any version of PSP.
New transparent raster layer 650 x 650.
You can resize or crop later.
Open paper6 copy then click on background layer select all paste into selection
deselect then apply mask.
Open Frame1 copy paste as new layer click inside with Magic wand Modify Expand by 6.
New layer. Open paper9 copy paste into selection deselect drag below frame layer.
Open Fence copy paste as new layer below frame layer add drop shadow.
Open Kitty copy paste as new layer resize 45 percent add drop shadow.
Open Rainbow copy paste as new layer resize 85 percent Flip horizontal add drop shadow.
Open Globe copy paste as new layer resize 25 percent add drop shadow.
Open wordart Spring Has Sprung copy paste as new layer below frame top add drop shadow.
Open Tree copy paste as new layer below frame layer.
Use your selection tool draw out around top of tree.
Right click on layer click on Promote Selection to layer.
Drag the selection above the frame layer.
Give only the original tree layer a drop shadow.
Open Flower3 copy paste below frame layer resize 25 percent add drop shadow.
Open Blanket layer copy paste below frame layer resize 85 percent add drop shadow.
Open Flower10 copy paste as new layer resize 35 percent Flip Vertical add drop shadow.
Open your tube copy paste arrange on layer add drop shadow.
Add your Artist © and your name then crop or resize.
