This was written with the use of PSP X5.
You may recreate it any version of PSP.
New transparent raster layer 900 x 700.
You can resize or crop later.
Select all on your background layer. Open bc_09 copy paste into selection -
deselect then apply your mask.
Open bc-wrapped2 frame copy paste as new layer resize 55 percent add drop shadow.
Open bc_splash copy paste as new layer below frame layer. Resize to fit frame.
Open bc_rainbow copy paste as new layer drag below frame resize 35 percent.
Open bc_button copy paste as new layer resize 12 percent place on bow add drop shadow.
Open bc_umbrella copy paste below frame layer then Image Mirror.
Use your selection tool draw out a square around top of umbrella.
Right click Promte Selection to layer.
Drag above frame layer.Add drop shadow only to original umbrella layer.
Open bc_beads copy paste as new layer resize 65 percent add drop shadow.
Open bc_corner2 copy paste resize 15 percent add drop shadow.
Open bc_butterfly2 copy paste as new layer resize 9 percent add drop shadow.
Oen bc_tulips copy paste as new layer resize 45 percent add drop shadow.
Open bc_puppy copy paste as new layer resize 22 percent add drop shadow.
Open bc_duck copy paste as new layr resize 12 percent add drop shadow.
Add your tube of choice resize if needed add drop shadow.
I used Cursif for the wordart FG #ffffff BG 7ea0ce with Gradient Glow-white.
Add your Artist © and your name then crop or resize.
