Filter-FunHouse-Polar convergance.
This was written with the use of PSP X3.
You may recreate it any version of PSP.
New transparent raster layer 800 x 800.
You can resize or crop later.
Select all open paper copy paste as new layer.
Select Funhouse Filter-Polar convergance X-3, Y6 click okay.
Open frame1 copy paste as new layer add a drop shadow.
Click inside with Magic wand then add a new raster layer.
Open tiki bar copy paste into selection on new layer.Deselect then add a drop shadow.
Open beachpebbles cop paste as new layr move down to bottom of layer resize 75 percent.
Open Surf Board 1 copy paste as new layer resize by 60 percent move to left of frame.
With your Pick tool angel the board to the left, add a drop shadow.
Open Palm 1 copy paste move to left of frame add drop shadow.
Open your tube copy paste as new layer resize if needed, move to right of frame.Add drop shadow.
Open Tequila Sunrise copy paste as new layer resize 55 percent moven ext to tube
Open Leil copy paste as new layer. Image FreeRotate 90 right resize 65 percent then duplicate
drag copied layer below tube layer.
Using your Eraser tool remove the flowers on the layer above the tube layer.
Open wordart copy paste as new layer. Use your Pick tool to resize to fit top of frame.
With Eraser tool carefully remove the letters that cover the flowers on top of frame.
I added a frame using Filters Unlimited2
Add your Artist © and your name then crop or resize.
