Mask of choice
Open new image 600 x 600 transparent background.
Select all copy paste into selection paper5, apply mask merge group.
Effects textured effects Mosaic Antigue use these settings:

Open brad1 copy paste as new layer resize move to right of layer,add a drop shadow.
Open rose1 copy paste as new layer resize 25 percent Image FreeRotate 90 right.Add a drop
shadow. Duplicate 4 times then arrange on bottom ob brad1.
Open brad2 copy paste as new layer resize arrange on left add drop shadow.
Open awarenessbear1 copy paste as new layer resize to fit on brad2 add drop shadow.
open ribbon3 copy paste resize move to top of layer add drop shadow.
Open butterfly1 copy paste as new layer resize then add to ribbon add a drop shadow.
Open your tube of choice copy paste as new layer arrange on right of layer add drop shadow.
With the extra rose ove it under tube hand see tag.
Open awarenesscap1 copy paste as new layer resize then using your pick tool to angel the cap,
add a drop shadow.
Open awarenessribbon4 copy paste as new layer resize then place on tube back,
see tag add a drop shadow.
Open cat1 copy paste as new layer resize then drag up to sit on brads give it a drop shadow.
Add your Artist © and your name then crop.
